Great experience working with this company, from start to finish. I had them replace poorly constructed/sinking concrete steps leading up to my front porch, and not only do they now look great, they're safer, too. There was hardly any time at all between my asking for an estimate and Max coming out to take a look. Max's professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness with his communication really stand out. I also appreciate that he respected any and all of my questions and made me feel like my home was in good hands. Max was awesome! We asked him to pour a concrete shed pad with a walkway + concrete area where we could never grow grass and a small extension of a bluestone area. Max was timely, reliable, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions as they came up and was so kind. Definitely recommend! See more See less
Max and his team did great work on our very oddly shaped sweeping sidewalk. Best part was how responsive he was throughout and the fact he explained everything he would be doing. He answered my questions and delivered. I got three quotes for my project and while MOAT was the most price effective, I felt the most comfortable giving him my business. Max did an absolutely incredible job on our stamped and stained concrete pad that we had him do for our new fire pit. We truly couldn't be more happy with how well it turned out. Exceptional work done in a timely manner! I called for an estimate and they arrived a day or 2 later and had an estimate within a couple of days. Their estimated time to do the project was spot on. Our project had a lot of issues to conquer because of a very restrictive area. Moat Concrete was able to over come those issue's. There was a lot of leveling to do to make the new steps and walls look appropriate. It looks fabulous!! We Are so pleased with the work. Max and his crew are top notch professionals. I was referred to him by a family friend and he did not disappoint. He finished the job within 12 days of me first reaching out. Contractors can be hard to rely on and are not always punctual or honest. Max came on two separate days. He said 8am on both days, and was there 5-10 min early both times. The team was efficient, completed the job quickly, and was very easy to deal with. He even removed a tree stump that had grown under the wall previously. They went out of their way to remove it without a problem to ensure it looked great to help me sell my house. Quality, timeliness, customer service, I could not recommend Moat Concrete Construction highly enough. The before, during, and after pics are below.
